14 days advanced notice of cancellation is required for a deposit refund. A $75.00 processing fee is deducted from the deposit. Certain exceptions apply.
A $500 preauthorization will be taken from the credit card for a damage deposit in the event of damage occurring. A deposit of one-third of the pre-tax amount (to a maximum of $500) of the reservation will be taken at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The remaining balance will be run 14 days prior to arrival.
