Upon request there is also an adjoining 2 bdrm self contained suite to make 5 bdrms/loft).

-ski to door, walk out door to connector and ski to MAIN lifts, chalet backs onto ski runs and connector.

-gourmet kitchen with ice-maker, bar sink, jennaire, and good quality pots and pans, barbeque on deck.

The Kodiak Den, our lower rental unit, is a two-bedroom suite that sleeps 5 and has sweeping views of Mt. Morrissey. It has a cozy open floor plan and shares a large hot tub with the upstairs.

The lodge features a seven person shared hot tub, 2 1/2 bathrooms (luxurious ensuite), full kitchen with jenn-air stove and bar sink, laundry facilities, linen and towels, gas fireplace, Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, Telephone, and a one car garage (extra parking is available outside the chalet). There is a queen bed and set of bunkbeds in each of the two upstairs bedrooms plus a double futon in the loft area.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the breakfast area as you watch skiers swish by your window at Sun Peak Resort. In the evening, dine in the grand room overlooking Mt. Morrisey and the golf course before sitting down in front of the rock fireplace or at the bar for a night cap.

Ski to your door and enter the mudroom where you can store skis, boots etc. The main area of the lodge looks through a log staircase into the light filled living room. The kitchen, living, and dining room are one large space divided by a 9" maple bar with oak stools.

The spacious kitchen and breakfast eating area is designed to take in the exciting view of skiers flying down Blazer run. Awesome views overlook the golf course. The main floor master bedroom has high ceilings and log furniture with an elegant ensuite containing double sinks, ceramic tiled shower and a lady slipper antique bathtub.

Upstairs, the raised loft area features large windows with an extra shower and toilet to help alleviate rush hour at the Kodiak. Each of the two bedrooms overlooks the ski run. There is a queen bed and set of bunks in each room and a double futon in the loft area.
