    5% GST tax will be collected. Tax raises to 12% on July 1st, 2010. 25% down payment at time of reservation with the balance due 45 days before arrival. We accept U.S. and Canadian personal checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
    Over 120 days prior to arrival date, forfeiture of first night's rental fees. Less than 120 days, but over 45 days before arrival, forfeiture of down payment. Less than 45 days prior to arrival forfeiture of full payment. However, we will make a good faither effort to re-rent any cancelled dates and refund 100% of monies collected from this re-rental. In 6 years, renting 2 condos, we've had 5 instances where we were not able to re-rent the cancelled dates and make a 100% refund.
    25% at time of reservation. $500 damage deposit due, payable by check, 30 days prior to arrival.
