The kitchen island seats an additional two people at a sit up bar - excellent for sharing kitchen duty at meal preparation time. Fully outfitted with dishes, pots, pans and utensils, you'll have everything you need for your holiday.

The stone fireplace reaches three stories providing a very dramatic effect with one wood burning and one electric hearth in each of the living areas. We also have an outdoor wood burning fireplace and fire pit to enjoy on your summer or winter evenings!

Water access to beautiful Georgian Bay and a short walk to three beaches and Raven Golf Course. Minutes from Blue Mountain, Talisman and Georgian Peaks ski areas.

Non-smokers only. No cats. Dogs negotiable. Rates based on occupancy of 6.

    Policies:
    50% of payment taken at a time of booking, the other 50% required at least one week before arrival. $400 damage deposit is required at least one week before arrival and repaid post departure once the property has passed inspection for damages.
    Refund:
    If cancellation is prior to 30 days on weekly or weekend rental or 60 days on seasonal rentals, full payment less a $200 administrative fee will apply. If cancellation is within less than the 30 or 60 day limit, respectively, no refund is allowed.
