Enjoy the convenient access to the ski slopes in the winter and just steps to Monterra golf, gondola, hiking and biking trails in the spring, summer and fall. You can also enjoy the nearby beautiful public beaches at Wasaga Beach for swimming.

The fireplace adds ambiance for winter enjoyment and this Blue Mountain vacation rental air conditioned for summer comfort. This condominium features a great entertaining space with panoramic views of Blue Mountain.

    Please Note: Due to the numerous requests received, reservations are confirmed when a deposit has been received.

    Reservations are not based on order of inquiry. Therefore, if there are several requests for the same dates, the condo is reserved for the first person to make a deposit.

    Due to the large volume of requests, if there is another request for the same dates that you have inquired about, you will not be notified of the other request.

    Last Minute Rentals - Payment deposit must be made at least one week prior to reservation date in order to provide sufficient time to courier key cards and parking passes.

    Deposit:
    50% non refundable deposit required at time of reservation.
    Balance due 30 days prior to check in, including a refundable security deposit.
