Small extra touches have been provided - games for the kids, books for reading, DVD's and more. Conveniently located right on Blue Mountain, not only can you ski from and right to the door but you're just steps to all the village life, shopping and family fun one could want!

There are endless amounts of events and activities to choose from at Blue Mountain. In summer - golf, tennis, festivals, mountain biking, and the beach are just a few things to do, all right outside your door. In the winter - besides having the best skiing and snowboarding around, other activities include The Scandinave Spa, snow-shoeing, snow-mobiling and more are available. Check-in times-4pm-7pm on check-in day/check-out time is 11 a.m.

Upon check in, The Tenant will be required to provide proper ID – Drivers License that is listed on the Rental Agreement, a copy of The Rental Agreement and Confirmation Letter.

You will also be required to sign the following documents, Rules of Conduct and Noise By-Law.
Refund:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email and receipt of such confirmed.

GRACE PERIOD defined as 2 days after Rental Agreement is accepted. Cancellations within the Grace Period are subject to an administration fee of the greater of $100.00 or 3% of the deposits paid.

PEAK SEASON RENTALS If a Rental Agreement cancellation occurs after the Grace Period and 45 days prior to the Rental Term, a refund is subject to the Rental Property being rebooked for the same Rental Fee. Any differences in Rental Fees will be the Responsibility of the cancelling Tenant. Otherwise the cancellation is subject to the greater of $200.00 or 10% of the Rental Fee.
Deposit:
Upon fully executing and submitting the Rental Agreement, a Rental Deposit of 50% of the rental fee (including taxes), is required to hold the reservation. Payment can be made by all major credit cards – as provided for on the Rental Agreement. Cash, money orders or certified cheques are accepted; however reservations are not held until payment has been received.
